"Wow. What a woman. Met Vix today for the first time for our pre wedding photo shoot, I was nervous before and my partner can be quiet shy but as soon as we met her it felt like we had known her years. The whole shoot was super relaxed and causal, we also had fun. My little one year old and dog was there, so they were a little chaotic but Vix took it all in her stride and made us all feel at ease. Well what can I say!!! Since Vix has sent through our photos I/we have not stopped looking at them. They are amazing- she even managed to get my husband who is shy and petrified of the camera to smile. I’ve had SO many compliments on my photos and I’m so proud of them and want to show them off. "Where to even begin? We met Vix at a wedding fair very shortly after our engagement. Vix is so friendly, warm and genuine! She puts everyone at ease with her humour and charm. "Vix photographed our wedding last month and was amazing, we knew her because she had photographed my sisters wedding 2 years ago. We loved their photos so knew we wanted her to capture our day as well.

Before the wedding we did a pre wedding shoot, which was fun and helped us to relax in front of the camera and know what to expect on the big day. We went for a drink afterwards and Vix immediately put us at ease, giving us some good advice about the timeline of the day amongst other things.

On the wedding day itself Vix was brilliant and super efficient, which meant we weren’t having photos done for hours on end. As part of the day we went off to Bodnant Garden to have portraits as a couple and despite not knowing the place as well as us, she had done her prep and knew where she thought the best shots would be.

"What can I say about Vix - we booked her in 2021 for our wedding last week (2023) and knew we struck gold from our first phone call. She was vibrant, loud and an absolute sweetheart and knew that this kind of energy was all the right vibes for our wedding.

What we didn’t expect over the next two years was watching someone with a phenomenal talent for capturing candid moments and beautiful photos go from strength, to strength, to strength. It has been truly wonderful watching someone finesse their talent, deservingly get their Masters in photography and recognition from The Princes Trust.

So when we finally met in person at a friend’s wedding, it was like meeting up with an old friend. This wasn’t a fluke as when we got to spend time with her at our own pre-wedding shoot it was like we’d known her forever! Over the last few years, I have had a bit of a self-confidence crisis and really disliked photos of me - but Vix managed to capture the love and adoration for my partner in those photos that I all I could do was grin ear-to-ear at the pictures she had captured and was absolutely buzzing for our wedding day.

And Wow. What an absolute superhero she is! Our ceremony was intimate with immediate family and life-long friends and she slot right in with our loved ones. Vix went above and beyond, and even beyond that. She got an absolute face-full helping me into my wedding dress, set up the most magical first look and private vows with my new husband and ran the group shots with military precision. But most of all, I have such special memories watching Vix trying to flag down a taxi in apocalyptic pouring rain as all our pre-arranged taxi cancelled leaving us stranded. Our celebrant/best mate running up and down Oxford city centre with a box lid over her head, and Vix trying to pincer manoeuvre the two of them to flag a cab down, whilst getting splashed by cars, will be a core moment of our wedding day. Not only did she do all this, we managed to get a black cab after 45 mins to have some portraits in and managed to get my husband's favourite photo so far from the sneak peeks of us running into the venue in the pouring rain.

She handled every change, issue and problem so deftly and with a smile on her face that it was impossible to be stressed around her. She was not only a superstar on the day, she managed to get us some sneak peek photos in the wee hours of the morning.

We are so lucky to have found her as our wedding photographer - but she’s so much more than that and we are so privileged to watch her career continue to thrive as she deserves the absolute world! "Booking Vix was the BEST thing we did for our wedding. The gallery we received after our incredible pre-wedding shoot put all our worries at ease for the wedding. The shots were out of this world. My dad hates cameras and Vix managed to get the most stunning photos of me and him where he is so natural and relaxed.
