Tortworth Wedding Photographer
On a perfect day filled with love, laughter, and personal touches, Steph and Gav tied the knot at the stunning Tortworth Court. Their wedding took place in the breathtaking Orangery, which was bathed in natural light all day long, providing the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable celebration. The golden hour glow that enveloped the Orangery during their first dance was simply magical, creating a truly picture-perfect moment.

A Ceremony from the Heart
The ceremony was one of the most emotional highlights of the day, as it was led by Steph’s best friend, Amy, who has known her since they were just 11 years old. Having someone so close to them officiate the ceremony added an incredibly personal and intimate touch, bringing tears and smiles to everyone present. You could really feel the history and friendship between them, which made the day even more special.
Amy’s talents didn’t stop there, though! She also crafted their stunning wedding cake, which was not only beautiful but tasted absolutely incredible. Amy, who runs her own bakery business called Rainbows and Apron Strings, is based in Shropshire, and she brought all her expertise to create a cake that was as memorable as the day itself. Every bite was pure heaven!

Personal Touches Galore
One of the standout details from Steph and Gav's wedding was how much of them was in every part of the day. A truly special touch was the table numbers, which were hand-painted by friends during their joint hen and stag do—affectionately named "Sten." Each table number featured a photo the couple had taken together over the years, painted by their friends as a heartfelt tribute to their journey as a couple. My personal favourite was the pre-wedding shoot painting—it captured the excitement and love they share so perfectly.

A Day Full of Fun and Music
The day was filled with fun and entertainment from start to finish. During the drinks reception, guests had the chance to enjoy some friendly competition with a round of crazy golf on the lawn. It was such a fun twist to a wedding afternoon, getting everyone involved and laughing.
The musical atmosphere was set beautifully by the talented Nero String Quartet, who played a mix of classical pieces and even some Bridgerton music that gave the whole day an elegant and whimsical feel.

A Dance to Remember
The golden hour graced their wedding as they shared their first dance as a newly married couple. The glow from the setting sun flooded the Orangery, creating a perfect cinematic moment. They moved gracefully together, lost in each other’s eyes, while the dance floor slowly filled up behind them.

The Party of a Lifetime
To top it all off, the night ended with an unforgettable party. The dance floor was packed from the moment the music started, and the energy was electric. Family, friends, and even Amy, the talented celebrant and baker, joined in to dance the night away. It was the perfect ending to a day filled with love, fun, and celebration.
Steph and Gav’s wedding at Tortworth Court was a beautiful reflection of who they are as a couple—full of laughter, deeply personal, and surrounded by the people who mean the most to them. From the intimate ceremony led by a lifelong friend to the thoughtful personal touches throughout the day, it was clear that this wasn’t just a wedding—it was a true celebration of their love story.
