A Hidden Chapel in the Shropshire WooD

The backdrop for Lyndsey and Tim's wedding was a picturesque family property. Tim, who is not only a carpenter but a seriously talented guy definitely saw the vision when he took it upon himself to construct a chapel-like structure among the trees. This rustic chapel became the focal point of the wedding and was a testament to the couple's love for each other and their appreciation for nature. Surrounded by the serene beauty of the woods, the scene was set for an unforgettable day.

The ceremony was officiated by none other than Tim's own brother, adding a deeply personal touch to the proceedings. His heartfelt words and the obvious sibling connection created an atmosphere of intimacy, authenticity and of course some chuckles amongst the guests. The ceremony was a reflection of the couple's love story, and there wasn't a dry eye in the forest as they exchanged vows.

Boho Vibes and DIY Décor

The wedding exuded a wild, gorgeous bohemian vibe that perfectly complemented the natural setting. Pampas grass was thoughtfully scattered around the area, enhancing the dreamy, boho aesthetic. Lyndsey's lifelong friend, Alix, added her artistic touch by crafting a stunning macrame backdrop for the ceremony. The piece was not only a beautiful focal point but a symbol of the couple's enduring friendship.

Review from Lyndsey & Tim

I had been following Vix on socials for a while and always loved her style. We contacted her about photographing our wedding and she was amazing from start to finish. Vix made sure she took all the finer details off us prior to the day, came to look at the venue before the day and was always on the end of the phone if we had any questions. On the day Vix was great, we said we didn't want to spend much time taking photos as we wanted to enjoy the day with our guests and she made sure of it. Our portraits and beautiful and we were only away from the party for 10 mins. She captured the day perfectly and managed to get photos of all the guests enjoying their day. Our photos even better than we expected.
